In cases of a student failing to achieve the necessary pass-mark for an in-course quiz, the student may request one quiz reset per course, which will be considered by an adjudicator within the TIC Academy. For Professional Examinations and Final quiz examinations on a course, no reset opportunities are available unless deemed applicable under terms of dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where TIC Academy is based. Users agree to seek mediation before pursuing any legal action.
